DO NOT MOVE INTO THE REGENCY STUDENT HOUSING. I have been living at the regency student housing for a year now.

Previous staff members still have master key card and master keys to enter the rooms. Since I have lived here I know of three people's rooms who got broken into while the residents were sleeping and had multiple things stolen from them. The person who broke in was a former employee. The regency only cares about making money and will give fees for things that are not your fault.

The staff is unprofessional and rude. Do not move into the student housing.
